Wedding Photography Services Weddings are our specialty.  We have several photography packages for you to choose from.  If you don't see what you are looking for - just ask!  We are happy to put together just the services you are looking for at a price you can afford. We also do destination weddings within British Columbia - many smaller towns that create great settings for a wedding, don't have local photographers.  See some samples from a recent wedding at Long Beach in Tofino, BC on our image samples page. For those on a tight budget, yes, we can put together a "digital only" package for you at an hourly photography rate.  This is ideal for couples on a budget for the wedding, but planning to create albums later.  However, there is often a cost saving by having us create your albums at the same time that we prepare your digital images. We can deliver a variety of photographic styles.  While a great deal of discussion goes into what is best - the fact is, you don't need to pick just one.  Different parts of the wedding day call for a custom response from your photographer.  Many couples are looking for a blend of: Photojournalism: capturing the key moments, people & images Candids: capturing the unposed & emotional responses Traditional Portrait: capturing those important family shots that parents and relatives will treasure and display in their homes for years to come Although photography is one of the most expensive parts of a wedding, it is one thing you don't want to "cut costs" on.  Of course, you would expect a photographer to say that!  But remember, once the wedding day is over - your photos could very well be the most important thing from the wedding you will cherish and pass along to future generations. How Many Photos Do I Get? Some photographers base their prices on delivering a certain number of photographs.  We don't have any limits on how many photos are taken.  There are general guidelines on how many photos you can expect - not counting for travel time, the rule of thumb is approximately 60-100 images per hour. We do have a set number of 4x6 prints in our proof books included in the packages (you can buy extras) but you get ALL images in Hi-Resolution digital form on DVD-Rom with any package.  Also, ALL images are printed in the Index Print Booklet.  Please ask to see a sample when you meet with us. Booking Our Photography Services 1) The first step is to check and see if we are available on your wedding day.  Many of the long weekends in any given year book fairly quickly since couples want to make it easy for their out of town guests to travel.  You can check our availability here. 2) Next, most couples want to see actual samples of our past work - we are delighted to show samples of our past weddings and albums.  It's important to see and feel the quality of the actual printed photos & albums in person - it's difficult to get a real sense of quality by simply looking at photos online.  Call or drop us an email anytime to make a no-obligation appointment to see our sample books. 3) The final step towards booking your wedding photography is to make a deposit to reserve your date.  To make a reservation a $250 deposit is held - this assures you that we won't take any other bookings on your wedding day.  We are pleased to be able to accept several credit cards through PayPal online.  If you prefer, we can also accept a personal cheque for the deposit. - You can find our Wedding Price List Here -
